We usually provide a time and cost estimate with scope of work for the project which is dependent on inputs provided. It takes a lot of time, resources and effort to ensure quality solutions for you and we appreciate your patience in allowing us to work as per the same.
Pre-payment: Pre-payment of a percentage of project cost ensures stake of clients and their interest in timely execution of projects. Consulting and AMC fee are billed separately to be paid as per billing cycle. All services are pre-paid in nature and required to be paid as full non-refundable advance. Many times they depend on third party providers requiring advance forward remittance. We appreciate your consideration in ensuring timely clearance of payment which enables us to deploy resources and maintain capacity for quality and continuity of services.
SLA/WO: RiG Services believes in fair, ethical and transparent work with due regard to relationships. It is essential to have mutually agreeable clear written communication and agreement, work order or authorization in place for undertaking any major projects or support requests. We regret our inability to fulfil or act on verbal or vague communication, partial disclosures and infeasible conditions. The services are provided as per terms of service provided on the website.
Distinction of services: A common mis-understanding is to consider services and projects as similar. The web services are separate from project development , engineering and outsourcing work, and different process, billing, rules and conditions may apply to them because of their distinct nature although both are being provided in conjunction.
Prevailing billing method: The fixed or standard billing system is no longer effective at present and every requirement is estimated on case by case basis.
Preferred Software Policy: Open Source based development works with a different business paradigm from conventional models and has more advantages than closed software in terms of its engineering and economic outcomes - better quality, higher reliability, lower costs, and increased choice. Basic advantages include development speed, lower overhead and closeness with customer.
Representation: The trade name, logo, contact and related representation material are protected by law and any use of the same in any manner, without express written permission of such limited use, is prohibited. Only the management and regular staff has limited authorisation to use the same and any association with RiG Services does not imply authorisation of any manner.
