RiG Services may use the information provided to it either through this website or otherwise obtained at its best discretion for  the purpose of providing services, contacting people or any other purpose and in any form or manner as it may deem fit unless explicitly restricted by  law or any other express  legal agreement for the specified information or material only. For all other information and material, the provisions given here shall continue to apply. RiG Services does not sell personal information to third parties. By submitting or providing any material or information, you agree to grant RiG Services express permission and licence to use the same and keep copies of the same or disclose for legal or rightful purpose as it may deem fit. PAID SERVICES:

RiG Services may provide certain services which require payment along with work order or agreement covering the scope and cost of such services. The provisions of these Terms apply to such services and any terms or scope of such services will be governed by and within the Terms of Use mentioned in this document. In case of any conflict or contradiction of provisions between the two, the Terms of Use provided here will over-ride and have the prevailing effect over such terms unless vice-versa is explicitly mentioned in the agreement.

USERS, REDRESS AND CHOICE OF LAW:

Further to the above, following additional terms and service conditions apply if you are availing, ordering or requesting any service or product or information or doing business transaction with RiG Services in any other form.

For any purpose of legal redress, you agree to first notify the cause to the management of RiG Services  along with complete and accurate details of such cause and if there is no response within three months, only then seek redress as per provisions of Indian Arbitration Act and if the matter is not settled through arbitration, then legal redress may be sought from the competent court under the jurisdiction of High Court of Madhya Pradesh, India. Provisions of Information Technology Act and related laws as applicable in Madhya Pardesh, India shall apply. 

These Terms of Use constitutes the entire primary agreement between RiG Services and you with respect to your use of the Web Site and services offered by RiG Services. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Web Site or its services must be commenced within one (1) month after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms of Use or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of these Terms of Use, and the remainder of these Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect.
